HP 30 Day, Day 19: Do you prefer the books or...
The books. I’m not trying to be a book snob or anything, I just like them more. Some people probably like the movies more, and fine by them.
I read the books first, and I enjoy the extra detail and subtext and story that the books provide. I also like the “pick it up for 5 minutes and then come back to it tomorrow if I need” that books give; it would be more than odd to watch a movie this way.

HP 30 Day, Day 16: Favorite Professor?
McGonagall. Hands down. I had a teacher like her once, strict, dry wit constantly, and kind when it called for it. He was my favorite and most helpful teacher of all time, so I’m guessing the same could be said for her. Plus, again, she’s a badass. Epic tales of wonder should be constructed full of the deeds of Minerva McGonagall.

What? Team Harry, of course.
I mean, Voldemort didn’t know his parents and basically went crazy; Harry didn’t know his parents and was a kind and loving person. He didn’t even want to kill anyone that wanted to kill him. He wanted to kill Bellatrix for killing Sirius and he wanted to kill Snape for killing Dumbledore.
Point is, they were both in bad situations and Harry handled it infinitely...

HP 30 Day, Day 12: Favorite Ship?
This is a toughie (also, am I the only one who is fascinated by words and how they are spelled? Like, look at the word toughie. REALLY look at it. It’s a bit strange, isn’t it?)
